Everyone has times in their lives, some for longer periods that others when they feel demotivated, lost, unhappy and helpless. Unsure of what signs to follow or which path to take. When you know you need to make a change, but the ideas and the inspiration just don’t seem to come to you.


Maybe you don’t know what you are supposed to do with your life, or with a situation you find yourself in. You're struggling with the fact that you're not where you thought you would be in your career, relationship or life in general. Being lost can be a turning point to figuring out who you are now, your potential, where you can go and what you truly want to do and achieve. But meaning and direction won't come knocking on your door, you need to actively seek them out.
